Diet Therapy:
Diet Therapy is also called Molecular Reform Therapy (MRT), which has been discovered by Dr. Linus Paul, two time Noble Prize winner. MRT was developed based on research accumulated over 150 years. This therapeutical concept was hailed by the US and International Medical fraternity and nutritional bodies.
The molecules of our body are cells. One body has 6 trillian cells, and some of them are healty or like dead or absolute dead by any viruse. Our unhealthy cells of body get vitalized when they get proper nutrition, therefore, our Diet Plan must be a Healthy Diet Plan. Healthy diet plan consists the all of Nutrients. Nutrients nourish the cells. When the cells are nourisehd, the organ can regain its optimum function. The body will gain its ability to combat allergies and prevent the reoccurence of some common diseaes e.g. fever, headache, inflammation, skin rashes, acne, pimples, gastric, bloating, heavy headaches, migrain, fatigue, etc. Nutrients are also responsible for our weaker or stronger Immune System.
Our body requires more than 100 nutrients, out of them 46 nutrients are Essential. And 27 out of 46 nutrients are called RDA (Recommended Daily Allowences). Which we require regularly.
Therefore, make sure that you daily diet consists all of 27 RDAs. We should consume these nutrients daily as mos of them can only be stored in the body for a short time while the excess is excrete3d. All these nutrients are also interdependent. A lack of deficiency in any one essential nutrient may affect others. For example, if lipid and cholic acid are insufficient, Vitamins A, D, E and K can not be absorbed effeciently. As a consequences of Vitamin D deficiency, calcium also cannot be absorbed efficiently. Thus getting all essential nutrients becomes extremely important.

Basic concepts of nutrition
1. Nutrition is the food you eat and how the body uses it. We eat food to live, to grow, to keep healthy and well, and to get energy for work and play.
2. Food is made up of different nutrients needed for growth and health.
- All nutrients needed by the body are available through food.
- Many kinds and combinations of food can lead to a well-balanced diet.
- No food, by itself, has all the nutrients needed for full growth and health.
- Each nutrient has specific uses in the body.
- Most nutrients do their best work in the body when teamed with other nutrients.
3. All persons, throughout life, have need for the same nutrients, but in varying amounts.
- The amounts of nutrients needed are influenced by age, sex, size, activity, and the state of health.
- Suggestions for the kinds and amounts of food needed are made by trained scientists.
4. The way food is handled influences the amount of nutrients in food, its safety, appearance, and taste.
- Handling means everything that happens to food while it is being grown, processed, stored, and prepared for eating.
